EU DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS

Under the EU Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to return unwanted goods. This "cooling-off" period gives you 14 days in which to cancel your order. The period starts the day that goods are received. All customers exercising this right must return the goods unused, in the original packaging with all supplied information.

To return goods during this period, please contact us and we will provide you with a returns form. This form is to be filled out and included with the goods on returning the goods. When exercising the right to cancel during the cooling-off period, goods are to be returned at the customer's expense.

You must use a reputable delivery service that can provide evidence that they have delivered the goods back to us. Please also ensure that goods are packed with sufficient outer packaging to ensure that no damage is caused in transit. We will not be responsible for such damage and would suggest that you use a carrier that offers insurance cover.

Items must be returned unused/unworn, repacked in their original packaging with all labels/tags attached.

Assuming that our return's policy has been adhered to returned goods will be credited within 30 days of our receiving them.

Please note that KD Cosmetics cannot be held responsible for packages that fail to reach us.

OUTSIDE OF EU REGULATION PERIOD POLICY

Outside of the "cooling off" period the following exchange and returns policy applies:

Exchanges and Returns are only valid within 14 days of receipt.

If you wish to return any of your pieces, please email us at karen@karecosmetics.ie and we will send you on a returns form. This form is to be filled out and included with the goods you are returning to us.

You are responsible for all costs of returning items to us. You must use a reputable delivery service that can provide evidence that they have delivered the goods back to us. Please also ensure that goods are packed with sufficient outer packaging to ensure that no damage is caused in transit. We will not be responsible for such damage and would suggest that you use a carrier that offers insurance cover.

No exchange or returns on Used or Sale/Clearance items.

DAMAGED/ INCORRECT ITEMS

All items are Quality Checked before dispatching our warehouse.

If you do receive an item that has been damaged or is incorrect, please email us within 24 hours of receipt detailing your order number and a description of the damage or incorrect item(s) to karen@karecosmetics.ie. After 24 hours, your item will fall within the 14-day returns policy described above. 

Once we receive your return/exchange request we will forward on a returns/exchange form for you to fill out and send back to us along with the faulty item.
